Dear All,
Since unfortunately issue list is too long, I would suggest to prioritize these issue and below are my suggestions:
Priority 1:
- Lift issues as this is a life threatening one
- Security related issue in new tower like D and E
- Resolution of so called "additional residential tower - F or G" either by asking compensation as this has reduced the common open area or by other means. This issue caused financial and mental tension among innocent buyers. So if you can take it on priority that may provide a better picture to them.
- Arrangement of play area as one of our friend pointed out in recent mail, it could be a temporary arrangement for the time being
Priority 2:
- Shopping complex - This is totally new, recently launched even we didn't know about it in 2012 when we booked the flat. Any negotiation on this may open the door for permanent play area.
- Other financial issues like extra maintenance charges etc.
These are just suggestion, you may overlooked these because you know the problems better than me as I am not residing currently in the society.
Also just wanted to make a humble request to the newly elected board member and mentor that please draw a line in between shopping complex and residential tower(either F or G). Shopping complex is recently launched and that is not a basic need, it's only meant for investor while residential tower is launched, I guess in 2011, and innocent buyer who were not aware of this so called lay-out change, have invested money with hope to get a dream home. And interestingly most of residents were aware of this fact and few of us raised voice in mid of 2013 only when construction gets started, not sure about the reason. If earlier they were in support then what triggered them to raise voice against residential tower.
Anyway best wishes to elected board members for their future course of action.
Regards
Pankaj

Friends,
Completely agree to take forward our long pending activities through whatever may be the preferred way.
In house issues like- Club, security, Intercom, shaft work, slope in washrooms and balcony alongwith recovering back the huge amount paid by residents for FIXED charges on Electricity from UPPCL (PVVNL) against what has been paid by Assotech to VIBGYOR ( Energy supplying agency with in CIPL) + Fixed charges as being collected on DG power. If seen in totality, it's a huge amount accounting for 50% of MC we are paying.
Best Regards,
R K Gupta

Hi All,
Completely agreed with all on getting at least basic amenities and in addition to these super area should be reduced for all 7 residential towers as less common space is left.

Hi ,
I also agree with Mr. Mayank & Mr. Ashish. Infact builder should not charge any maintenance
charges if they are not providing any amenities to the residents as promised.
Everything in our society is on kaam chalao basis. U enter in any newly build Tower D & Tower
E. feels like 5-7 years old building from the Ground floor itself.Finishing work in common
areas should be completed before possession but still pending.
Once i visited the so called Gym of our society in the evening.the condition was so bad. i
decided better not to go again. A.c was not working. equipment were in very bad condition.
We are not expecting much but basic amenities like pool, club, proper gym, security.
cleanliness only.
I request to all newly elected members of our association to prioritize the concerns of our
society & lets fight together.
