Absolutely correct Mr. Shreedhar, the same person "President" for last 3 yrs, then "Chief Election Officer" and now "Mentor".
I echo with your apprehension of wastage of one more year on email entertainment only. Still I believe person should not loose hope.

This new body was elected in such a small span of time that one can very well understand that how desperate the residents were to elect this body only and none where interested in the previous elections .
The elected body should come ahead and work on issues raised then.
I very well understand that we are again going to loose another 1 year.

Agree, If we are looking same kind of relief, We have to approach
court without this we are not able to get. 
Now the ques is who all support this move and who is ready to take lead
