there are many issues not these one a two. Builder has charged for additional area from every
resident. But only few knows that Builder has adopted different norms in applying the rates.
To some they have charged 80%, to some 50%. to some 20% and there are few who were fully
exempted from paying this cost. this ATROCIOUS ATTITUDE ON THE PART OF THE BUILDER IS NOT
FAIR.
Now it is for the elected body to take up the issue with the Builder. At present we have not
one but TWO ELECTED BODIES, and for us it is not important who takes up the issue. The only
thing is that every resident/ owner expect the similarity in applying the norms and not some
are treated VVIP, some VIP and others being neglected.
Beside this Builder in one of his pamphlet has offered that the rates are inclusive of
MODULAR KITCHEN AND CHIMNEY but finally it is provided to some selective people and other
were just deprived and ignored.
