AGREED with all the views expressed by residents on the subject thread .
7th Tower i.e. G Tower and Commercial as proposed by Assotech was never in the plan and need to be stopped/scrapped immediately. Despite letters written to GDA intervention and directions of GDA to clarify the position , CIPL & Assotech management is avoiding meeting nor coming up with their action plan with clean hands.
Like neighboring societies taking strict action including recent Writ Petition by residents of Paramount Symphony, now since about 150 residents signed the letter and reminder has already been given to GDA with front lead by Mr. Vivek Jaiswal resident B084 but no solution till date except the postponed meeting dates. Based upon letters written and reply from GDA, time has reached that residents should collectively and unitedly knock the door of High Court immediately without any second thought to get all directions for improvement in bad infrastructure and illegalities & lay out change @ The Nest and to immediately get stay order to stop Tower G to have proper space for Sports/ Play Area activity for kids and Green Park in place of illegal proposed Tower G & Commercial.
At later stage it will be very difficult and can not be done. Already Assotech has played dirty politics for last 3 years and did what the management want and killed the prime time of completion and improvement by buying time tactics.
Hope again this year may not get waste only on events & entertainment with ploy of Assotech. So, time is NOW to get the work done NOW !!! .
The above is just my views on situation and circumstances and rest residents must continue to share views and must take collective decision at the earliest.
Best Regards

Hi All,
Completely agreed with all on getting at least basic amenities and in addition to these super area should be reduced for all 7 residential towers as less common space is left.

Hi ,
I also agree with Mr. Mayank & Mr. Ashish. Infact builder should not charge any maintenance
charges if they are not providing any amenities to the residents as promised.
Everything in our society is on kaam chalao basis. U enter in any newly build Tower D & Tower
E. feels like 5-7 years old building from the Ground floor itself.Finishing work in common
areas should be completed before possession but still pending.
Once i visited the so called Gym of our society in the evening.the condition was so bad. i
decided better not to go again. A.c was not working. equipment were in very bad condition.
We are not expecting much but basic amenities like pool, club, proper gym, security.
cleanliness only.
I request to all newly elected members of our association to prioritize the concerns of our
society & lets fight together.

in today';s Times of India news paper, front page says, SC orders builder to
repay Rs.33cr to the society for not fulfilling the promises. (Gurgaon society)We also
have same problems in our society. We have no club, no separate playing
area for Children's as well as youngsters , no proper parking for residents as
well as visitors, No swimming pool for ladies. We have already paid huge amount in
terms of super area and they are coming with commercial building and eating our
society space.Let's unite and raise
the voice and demand from the builder to repay our dues which we all
have paid years ago.
