[panchsheel_wellington] How much time does the builder take to issue NOC/Registry

Hi,

I have made 100% payment to the builder on 10th of March this year. To my surprise, the representative of builder Mr. Amit Choudhary was not ready to send me the demand note for the remaining 5%, that I paid on 10th March.

Now I am trying to call Mr. Amit and he is not taking my call and I have no idea when they will give me the NOC.

Can someone let me know how much time they take to issue the NOC and the time they take for registry of the Flat?
