Well ..I think no one has rented out in Paramount as yet , but its almost a 3BHK and going by what people are charging in other societies ..my guess would be around 8K-10K (depending on woodwork) without maint/elec ( this is after factoring that its a relatively new society and will face teething issues otherwise expectation should have been more because of location/quality compared to all other societies in CR) .. if it goes for anything less i would be dissapointed .. hope it helps :))
