Yes. Its true that they have sent the possession letters to first 50 ppl. Post that I dont think they have sent any further letters. They had a meeting yesterday with the architect/engineering team and it was decided to postpone the offer of possession for some flats which falls in the extreme left wing, towards Ajnara and Panchsheel Tower 3 side as most of the work is still pending. They have started sending the letters to the owners of the golf course side, but that too they are not sending it in the frequency they were sending fr Tower 1.
I am following up with them on a weekly basis and pressurizing them from my side, but not too sure. I stay in the area and usually visit the site on a daily basis to see the progress. I have seen a considerable dip in the number of labourers as well post Holi.

Yes Mohit is right.. they have started the possession of Tower 'B', but partial fact is that it will really take minimum two months for livable conditions.

Today I had a discussion with Ajay Choudhary from Panchsheel and now he is saying that it will take 2 more months to issue the letter of possession for Tower B. The state of flats are still not livable and as per him they will not be able to provide basic services even if they provide possession. As per him this is applicable to the flats which are park facing and the entrance is from the extreme left side (Ajnara side).
As per him, he is helpless till the time the engineering department gives a clear go ahead on the completion of the flats.
