Thanks for this information. Yes even for the Demand note I had to spend one complete day at Panchsheel office. Could you please let me know how much time it takes for Registry after you get the NDC?

I believe the process is:

NDC from Builder

NDC from Bank

Registry

Flat Handover

They didn't send me No due certificate after making full payment. I had to call them and follow up with them to get NDC. Again like demand letter or offer of possession they won't mail NDC. You have to visit Panchsheel office to collect same. You should visit Panchsheel office to get NDC.
