Still we will be in better position in comparison of other builders. Such as Arihant, crossings, supertech, gardenia. These projects are much more congested than ours.

Already a lot of noise was created, but Builder did not budge from his point.
What I learnt recently is that the approval was pending with GDA, but the builder was confident that they will get the approval. May be they have received it now and hence they have started the digging work.

All the builders in Crossing are doing that, One of my friends booked a flat in Paramount .. he paid park/pool facing PLC and now in that space they are erecting a new Tower. When he along with other affected people protested this, the builder created a lot of trouble and finally he and all others accepted that there will be a tower there.
When I talked to him, he said its difficult to take out time to fight a case in court, that is costly and its way too difficult.
But if you have a plan lets raise our voice.
