[AssotechNest] Status D Tower

I booked a unit in D tower of Nest project and was given written possession date of July 2011. Haven't got any news on possession date till date, Any idea how is the progress ? 

Also do they actually penalty for the delay ? For the flat owners of tower A & B was the penalty paid as specified ? What are the different catches to this clause ?
