I have book flat in tower G in March 2012. 10 days back, I have visited the site and the construction has been started but still project is not bankable. They said that project is partially approved by GDA and that's why they have started the construction. Yesterday I got a call from Assotech and they are asking me to pay another 10%. Did you get any call regarding the same. Why should we pay another 10% . May I know, Which unit you have booked.

Do any member here have booked a flat in Tower G, of Nest. this is delayed beyond expectation. Now it seems they have started the construction a bit. but no confirm status of GDA and bank approvals is given by builder.
Does any one here have any sure shot information about approval status and construction. Have heard that they are demanding next installment also???

ReplyDeleteYes I got similar call for 10%.
It seems builder's demand is unlawful. At the time of booking they themselves said that next demand will be after all approvals and it will be in formal manner by demand letter and not just by a phone call. I shall be visiting thr corporate office this weekend(sat 16th). I suggest we should together meet them and put our point that we are ready to pay 10% provided they get it approved from bank. Have u singed the Allotment Letter/Agreement. booked 2nd floor.
