[ggvcnh24] Possession and Registration

 

Hi,
I have a 3BHK in GGV – Samrat 4 type, have not taken the possession so far and not got registered also as myself being out of India since long. I'lll be in India for a month to complete the possession & registration & to make the flat decently livable (:D) Like modular kitchen, Iron main gate, Bedroom furniture / almirah etc..
I'm wondering about from where to start and what are the issues needed to be completed before possession like any pending work related to the flat , checking if there is any water slippage/lick age , problems in any fittings, etc etc. . Basically, things which are required to be fixed by GGV management before possession & registration.
Can somebody guide me on the above?
