Also the builder will increase super area of your flat and try to nullify the penalty with the increase in cost of the flat due to increase in this area.
My opinion is that assotech is very much the same as other builders and they can be termed as maamooli.

Penalty as per the clause was adjusted in the final payment at the time of possession.

Actually this is not an issue, To my opinion to reduce on this cost builder will push to deliver early, when things are not properly working and first comers will face problems setting up things , this is an experience all had in towers currently operational.



Please monitor the quality of the construction more closely, if some one can do this....

I have booked flat in tower G and 2 days back I had visited the site and it seems that it will take at least this yr to complete. After gone through your mail now I am in dilemma whether I have took the right decision or not.

If the project is already delayed then why builder is not paying the penalty, its a serious concern because as I know, other builders are paying the penalty. AT the time of booking they promised me too for the same.

I have booked a 2 BHK apartment in Tower D. Does anybody know of the construction status. The construction is already delayed by 1.25 years and there is no formal communication from Assotech. They are also not talking of the penalty they are supposed to pay, nor responding to mails.

How was the case for Phase 1?
