- Assotech is already denied to increase the height of boundary wall, Management say it is as per crossing standard.
- As per Assotech management Gate is also final no plan of change of gate.
- Final painting of tower A, B, C is pending but I do not think it is going to change look of towers
- Lift condition is worst in tower B, All lift require improvement
- Rgds tower D and E Mr. Alok say it already delay about 1.25 year as per my understanding it is not going to complete in next 1 year.

We have given club cost and in return getting only few machines.- Better secure gate and boundary walls also need to be high. Despite, a line of action as proposed in the past to route the issues through GM-Project, Mr. Bibahay Ranjan and RWA, the issues are not being taken up seriously and many issues are still pending. There are many grey areas in taking up the pending issues. The most strange part is the functioning of lift in Tower-B. Despite many reminders the lifts are functioning so pathetic that daily one or the other person get stuck up by stoppage of lift in mid way or not opening of the door while reaching the floor. There is some major manufacturing defect or defect in installing the lift in Tower -B as compare to lift installed in Tower A & Tower C which are functioning properly without any halt and fault. There is no clarity on charges of electricity and power back up rate despite assurance that your technical team will conduct detail meeting with the residents to explain and clarify the queries. There are many other pending issues which have already been circulated in letter in writing to your project team at the site but no improvement has been seen for the last two months on any of the pending issue .Initially things started improving but again the pause button is pressed.Also recently we have noticed that some renovation work is started in the temporary gym/club without proper planning. This is strange that in such a miniature partitions are being framed to create kiosk like vegetable shops.In such a manner it is giving a very clogged and crammed look and hardly 5-10 people can use that club at a time. No purpose will be serve by doing such kind of renovation in a dinky fashion. It is a complete wastage of space,time,money & effort.Please rethink on this.We have observed that in other neighboring projects in 'Crossings Republik' the clubs in each society are at final stages but @The Nest it has not been started at yet.I request your planing team to better focus on starting the ground work for main gym/club area rather to spent money on basement area which is meant for parking. Otherwise unnecessary main club will get delay for another 2-3years and residents will have opportunity to denote it for compensation.Sir, I am bringing all these facts into your knowledge so that your new business tag line i.e. "The technology behind an everlasting smile" being proved to be truth in the minds of general buyer looking for home. Your project "The Nest" is creating such a bad influence in the market of your brand ASSOTECH which you may not be reaching to you.But we have noticed the buyers gossip in Crossings Republik saying while standing at the main entrance that "ASSOTECH ka yaar naam hi hai...quality to bahut poor lag rahi hai " "Look bilkul bekar hai" " Dekho aur builders ne kitna achha kaam kiya hai ".Everyone has their known family relatives who are visiting the site and have their own opinion about the project. I mean to say they have apprehension in their mind on over all finishing of the project while taking prior decision to buy unit/flat in your project @The Nest.Being such a big township wherein the buyer has option of 24 products at one place this is a natural factor that person will go for the project having overall best finishing and overall quality which at currently is missing @The Nest in comparison to other neighboring projects. The overall look of "The Nest" is no where comparable to other neighboring projects of competitive brand except the open space of the towers @The Nest.Sir, please think further about "The Nest"to maintain the quality and brand standard of ASSOTECH.The amount of money you are spending as brand ambassador on 'Sushmita Sen' will not going to make your brand strength unless you provide quality home and actually bring your punch i.e. "SMILE" on to the buyers.I was keen to attach few pictures of the site to bring into your knowledge the true picture of grey areas of the project but I will post you pictures later in case I do not find change in another few months.Please re-think to improve the beautification & infrastructure @The Nest by proper planning.It will pay you more and strength of your tag line will get more noticed by public and brand ASSOTECH will remain a brand.I appreciate a a positive approach of my observation by writing this e-mail rather than to treat it as criticism.Warm Regards
