dear all,

As per my knowledge paramount group has increased sell price @ 3500 PSF. but there is no buyer as very costly when compare with indirpuram & noida.

however in second sell still 2400-2500/-. i advise to keep it atleast for next two years to come to the point of no prifit no loss.

Hi Everyone,

Currently price in Paramount has already exceeded 2700. I have got calls offering 38L net in hand for 1425 sqft flat.

Please dont get into traps of Property dealers where they would insist you selling your flat for leser price.

Even if they sell your house for 2-3 lacs less, they would hardly lose 2000-3000 Rs however, finding a buyer would be easy for them.

Some property dealers also sign deals at cheaper rates from seller and charge very high amount from buyers making themselves huge profits in lacs.
