As per the latest understanding we had with he builder was that we can pay the outstanding amount till 1 March 2012 without any sort of penalty .. After that he would charge Rs 150 per day as 'Chowkidarana'.The builder sent a written mail for this as well.
But in case you have a genuine issue of not having received any letter from the builder in the last 8-9 months including your offer of possession, you can contact them ASAP, settle your pending amount and ask them to waive off your chowkidarana for last month (it would be around 5000 anyways)
As far as penalty from builder side is concerned , we would get penalty for Solitaire/Yucca/Yantra till Sept 2011 and for Nimbus till Oct 2011..as per the rate mentioned in your Allotment letter..
