Builders can do anything. They have no inventory in crossing infra

Hi,
Just by chance, i saw the price list mentioned at crossings infra website

Got stunned to see the per Sq ft rate of 4000.
Really can't think of anything now, is it a publicity stunt or something else? What exactly is going on? From the last 4-5 months prices have shot up or atleast they are shown that these are shot up(by builders) by at least 1500 PSqFt, if this list is to be believed...
Would appreciate if any one would like to comment on the real situation though..
