Hi Atul,

I've received a penalty from december,11 to march,12 as my two months penalty i.e. of oct & nov got adjusted in interest because of delay payment & very soon they will give the penalty for the month of april too. apart from registry charges we need to give a 10,000/- cheque on the name of admin. charges which paramount is saying is for lawyer fees & several other charges.

Dear Orchid Allotees, Kindly inform on the following issues: 1. Chowkidarana charges payable to Paramount from which date in the case of non registration of sale deed of flat? 2. Payment of penalty by Paramount where due date of possession was 30/6/2011 as per allotment letter issued byParamount. 3.Amount payable on account of stamp charges, advocate fees and other legal charges in case of A1 type(1700 sq. ft) flats.   with regards Atul Jain 09915586922
