[panchsheel_wellington] Noise from Sewage Treatment Plant

Hello all,

 

Today i had heard some noise in my flat at 10th floor in Panchsheel Wellingtion when i asked about that then labour said its because of STP.
Is it true?

 

Its on regular basis and for  how long.
