Can someone explain how paramount calculate interrst charges. I had a delayed payment due to delay in bank disbursement of 11.5lac. Duration of delay is 4months.
Paramount has instead of paying me penalty has put 4000 as remaining interest on me. Should they not be paying penalty from oct2011 to sep 2012? Considering a grace period of 3 months.

Hi Atul,I've received a penalty from december,11 to march,12 as my two months penalty i.e. of oct & nov got adjusted in interest because of delay payment & very soon they will give the penalty for the month of april too. apart from registry charges we need to give a 10,000/- cheque on the name of admin. charges which paramount is saying is for lawyer fees & several other charges.
