Thanks for sharing your experience. I was about to engage him for work but now i have put him in the black list. Such contractors should be banned for even entering in the society. Let us initiate a process of black listing contractors and restrict them from entering inside. Not only this, I request the moderator to remove such contractors from the group so that they cannot cheat people from such forums.
