Looking at the current scenario by the govt authorities against the builder, it is my humble request to everyone that along with other issues please start the drive with your respective builder to ask for all legal documents such as all floor approvals, completion certificate, occupation certificate and land title clearance etc etc. This we have to do aggressively with our respective builder as a safe guard. Day by day new issues are cropping in real estate business.Govt. authorities are creating nuisance for the builders and builders are creating nuisance for the buyers.
As registry of those apartments have been done where possesion is taken by the allotte and stakes of builders are more there.Therefore we must start communication in writing on the subject otherwise we never know at what stage govt authority can start sending notice to the residents of multistoreyed apartments for any kind of demand on any ground for non-compliance by the builder.
This is just a safe guard to avoid any financial burden at later stage because of nuisance of the builder. But this is India where anything can happen at any stage of your life by any new Rule/Law/Notification by any change in your State/Central Govt.
