Dears,
I got "Offer of possession" letter from Paramount yesterday for my flat in Orchid. By chance yesterday only I had visited the site. I still found lot of construction activity happening in and around Orchid tower. In addition, facilities like lifts have not been installed. I am Not sure if this will be finished within next 3 months to have a liveable place. This looks to be a step taken by Paramount to avoid paying penalty. I propose that we meet on coming Saturday or Sunday at the Orchid site to discuss the situation and decide how to proceed ahead. There we can check the ground situation again and decide how to proceed.
