Hello friends,

This is really surprising!! I visited the site last week and conditions are far from living in orchid tower.

I have also received possesion letter for my flat in Orchid.We have to unite and meet paramount executives otherwise they will take us on a ride.

Lets fix a date for this.

Hello All,

I got the possession letter on 2nd May for my Flat in Paramount Orchid.

The date they have given is 1st August 2012.

Was really wondering whether the tower will be in such shape, by August 2012 , that possession letter can be accepted.he

Last week i have spoken to the Paramount and they said that i cannot visit the tower, since construction work is ongoing, hence not safe.

Lift installation will take another 3-4 months.

With this situation, wanted to know the opinion of other members who have their flats in Orchid Tower.
