Dear Asif/Saif.
Before adveryising your work in Crossing Republik, you should have atleast finish the TWO works you have undertaken along with money. We have engagged your for covering balconies based on this type of advertisement only. Initially you have shown very good progress and we have paid more than 80% of estimated price to you. But suddently you disappeared. After several phone calls, you have taken call 1-2 times with promise that pending works shall be completed by next day. But that NEXT DAY never arrives. Now you are even not taking our phone calls. The work has been left unfinished and I do not have any option other than to get the pending work finished by other person. We have alreday waited for 2-3 weeks.
Please do not make false promise to other CR ressidnts atleast.
