Complain to TRAI about the quality of the service. The license conditions states some basis requirement and max. downtime.
Their license can be revoked if they are not able to meet minimum obligation.

But for your attention, they fixed my internet connection yesterday evening and after 3-4 hours around 8:00 PM there was outage again and its not working since then. Also they did some work regarding the Landline but its not working and they say it will start (God knows when).The reason they blame on server not working and say it will take 4-5 days to resolve the problem completely. I cannot understand as a customer what we can do if your server is not working. We just need service and if TTPL is not able to provide so, please move out of crossing instead of fooling us customers.I am writing this as I am really fed up with TTPl services these days. I have taken internet connection for my official work and I hope you can understand the loss if it is not working.People have started terminating your services. Two of my friends did same yesterday and I guess same is only option left for me.
