Hi All,


Just to share my experience with Yantra tower, this happened with first 4 tower as well last year, they sent "offer of posession" letter in July with 3 months fit out period"  (as per them this fit out period was to arrange fund and do all other formalities . But it was more of eye wash to complete the pending work in towers and avoid penality.

Per my experience It took 3 more months to actual enter in my unit 8th floor (Dec 2011) and proceed for registration,  and now i can say it is fit to live . 

We all need to be united and raise this one sided stand by builders. MAPS helped us (obv we need to stand united and not to bow down by their offer).

I have not received any letter for possession , but if tower is not in shape ,how can they start sending these letters.

I have also receive letter and it seems only intention is to stop penalty payment and positive point is that we can expect possession within this year.

Hello All, 


I got the possession letter on 2nd May for my Flat in Paramount Orchid. 
The date they have given is 1st August 2012. 

Was really wondering whether the tower will be in such shape, by August 2012 , that possession letter can be accepted.he  

Last week i have spoken to the Paramount and they said that i cannot visit the tower, since construction work is ongoing, hence not safe. 
Lift installation will take another 3-4 months. 

With this situation, wanted to know the opinion of other members who have their flats in Orchid Tower.
