Dear Sir/Madam,
As communicate earlier, Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has invited us on 24th May 2014 (Saturday) along with Crossings Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (CIPL) for a meeting with them for discussion and resolution of Township Maintenance Charges (TMC) Issue. Please find the enclosed attachment for the same. This Meeting will be in 2nd Half and the exact timing is yet to be confirmed from GDA.
In view of this, we propose to have a meeting with the entire stake holder at 10 AM on 24th May 2014 (Saturday) at Round About (Fountain Circle), Crossings Republik, NH-24, Ghaziabad. Requesting the entire AAO/RWA/Adhoc Committee representative to attend this meeting to enable us to conclude our line of discussion in meeting with GDA & CIPL.
