Totally agree with Mr. Koul that organizing the functions is not enough!! .

I am also reading the concerns of quality construction and all other points raised related to flat amenities by many residents. Not only quality construction the entire project has many other violations on infrastructure and development front which need rectification otherwise it will be too late.Consumer Complaint for deficiencies and negligence is already filed and pending in court by the undersigned. But separate action to knock the door of High Court is also required at the earliest.

Time is to feat not to defeat.

Dear all
The problems are aplenty. The locks of main doors of our flat got struct and I had to replac these immediately. I had to pay for the replacement from my pocket. The locks of warandah doors are in no way good.....had to replace them too at my cost.
Seepage in bathrooms is no new but a perennial problem and non functional faucets and washroom accessories are many.

The quality of construction and the materials used are pathetic and i wonder if the situation is this now, what would happen ten or twenty years down the line.
Perhaps the tower itself will start crumbling down.

Awaken arise...the RWA. Please be foreceful enough to get the things going.
Organizing the functions is not enough!

We have to be united to bend the giants...

Dear All residents!

We are also seeing that every day "The Nest" residents are facing poor construction quality issues in their home. It is really the matter of concern. Being a residents, I want to request from RWA & Assotech authorize manager what action is going to take by them so that this problem should not repeat in future? This kinds of problem can be repeat with any one with any family member.

1) The Assotech management should provide Intercom facility at the earliest to avoid this kind of accident up to an extent.
2) The RWA team should talk with any construction quality government company like RITES for arrange a construction quality audit for entire complex as soon as possible to increase the life of The Nest Complex as well as to give better building situation.
3) It will give help to builder also to identify & rectify the problem with in "The Nest complex" & to get completion certificate after completion of all poor construction work with in complex.

Respected RWA Members,

I am a resident of A-093.I shifted to this house on 7th March 2014.(exactly 2 months).I would like to draw the attention of the Nest-RWA towards an incident that happened with me on 7th May 2014.

I was alone at my residence as my husband had left for work. I went to use the washroom and because of the sub- standardized quality of locks used by our so called esteemed builder,I was stuck inside for nearly an hour and my ordeal ended only when our maintenance officer(Mishra Jee) came along with a carpenter, broke open the main door of the house followed by successfully rescuing me out of the washroom.

My phone was lying outside the bathroom in the bedroom and in such a desperate situation I couldn't call anyone by ringing them up .I finally decided to go near the shaft, screamed on the top of my voice and called for help from my neighbors' .My neighbors finally rushed and arranged for my rescue along with Mishra Jee.

Even after being rescued I was in shock and couldn't take my mind off from what had happened. There is no doubt on the amount of mental agony, harassment and the threat to life I faced.

My dear friends,I being a matured adult tried hard, kept my calm and came out of the situation by the grace of god,but imagine if the same happens with young kids, toddlers, old grandparents etc.

Lets come together, join hands and raise our voice against the cheap and sub-standardized quality of material which our esteemed builder has been using and fooling us.I need not tell you what all we have been facing from fake promises to malfunctioning lifts, parking issues etc,,this list is endless.

I am sure that like me and my husband, most of you must have invested your lifetime savings into buying your house.

I am taking thing matter up with Assotech authorities and I do reserve my right to seek compensation and corrective action both (change of all the locks) at the earliest.

Please note its just been two months of stay in my current residence .I could have lived with this situation had I been staying here for 20 yrs or so.

Is it really worth it???Do we deserve it??

Kind Regards
Ishita Khar
