[AssotechNest] Re: RWA Members:Seeking your Kind Attention

Vineet ji...,

Now that you have been part of Assotech family you would know better the word called Extra cost Pvt.Work...

All the labour are been supported by there managers and facilities incharge they know exactly where is the soft conner and extort money from residents....I even know one famliy Senior citizens who where asked to pay extra with no fault. Today I use the word robbers they don't want to use brains and work just for money.

Sanjeev will always warm his backside as he is a big man now - ask him who made him a big man. He used our hard earn money to make himself a big man today.

Anyways it's really frustrating to read this kind of mails where we can see that loop is all because of us not being unity and not that easy to match time with builder. We have to find a common forum and put a fight for once together have team of vigilance where these people can be tighten up and get things rolling. ...Someone to needs to run a school again here and teach them how the money is earned not by just sitting and warming...

God Bless all

Salim

Hi All,

In addition to your problems, I'd like to tell you all about what happened to us yesterday. We made complaints for bathroom issues for plumber on 27th april and 4 may via intercom. But nobody came till tuesday. Then when we checked in the complaint office, our complaints were not even registered once.

Then after we made complaint personally on tuesday 6th may personally, plumber and lock guys came on 7th morning. Either Plumbers here know nothing or they r just KAMCHOR. We had been advised repeatedly to change WC parts  for toilet leakage. After 2.5 yrs it solved finally but plumber himself made the tank leak  in other bathroom himself which actually needed some other repair. Isn't it disgusting? These WC have warranty of 3yrs but plumbers often tell to buy new ones instead of getting it replaced if needed.

Lock mechanic also tries to fool us. Instead of repairing the locks which were tight, he unfasten it and made it worse and advised to buy a new one instead that these locks can't be repaired. Luckily I was there at home, I stood by him, and asked to open it once again, then i found that he left it unprepared intentionally. When I intervened he corrected it. Now its working fine. He dint touch the other lock, which also needed repair, and said u must change it. It can't be repaired.

So from this, what I understand is that they don't want to work out the problems but are just coaxing the flat residents to buy new things in place of repairing them. If we have to buy everything on our own, we can even get the mechanics to fix, what these maintenance people are here for?

Are you guys facing similar problems?

Regards,
Vineet Malhotra

We all feel quite upset with what has happened to you.

Your experience indeed must have been harrowing. True, the builder/contractor has used substandard materials.  By God's grace you had not fainted nor lost your cool and presence of mind.  You are right that children may not be able to withstand the mental trauma under such situations.  We RWA Members and all other residents must be in sync in sympathizing with you. I always keep my mobile phone accessible while in the bath room as a safety measure.  I also lock the front door instead of bolting so that in any eventuality, the other family member  can open the front door from outside without having to break the lock,

I am quite sure the Maintenance department should be able to replace the broken locks/bolts with better ones.

Please do contact our President Shri Gurmukh Singh ( B-134, 9650999908 or the undersigned) for any help.

I will mention this to Mr. Sandeep Jain, the Senior GM of Assotech.

Best wishes and regards

Respected RWA Members,

I am a resident of A-093.I shifted to this house on 7th March 2014.(exactly 2 months).I would like to draw the attention of the Nest-RWA towards an incident that happened with me on 7th May 2014.

I was alone at my residence as my husband had left for work. I went to use the washroom and because of the sub- standardized quality of locks used by our so called esteemed builder,I was stuck inside for nearly an hour and my ordeal ended only when our maintenance officer(Mishra Jee) came along with a carpenter, broke open the main door of the house followed by successfully rescuing me out of the washroom.

My phone was lying outside the bathroom in the bedroom and in such a desperate situation I couldn't call anyone by ringing them up .I finally decided to go near the shaft, screamed on the top of my voice and called for help from my neighbors' .My neighbors finally rushed and arranged for my rescue along with Mishra Jee.

Even after being rescued I was in shock and couldn't take my mind off from what had happened. There is no doubt on the amount of mental agony, harassment and the threat to life I faced.

My dear friends,I being a matured adult tried hard, kept my calm and came out of the situation by the grace of god,but imagine if the same happens with young kids, toddlers, old grandparents etc.

Lets come together, join hands and raise our voice against the cheap and sub-standardized quality of material which our esteemed builder has been using and fooling us.I need not tell you what all we have been facing from fake promises to malfunctioning lifts, parking issues etc,,this list is endless.

I am sure that like me and my husband, most of you must have invested your lifetime savings into buying your house.

I am taking thing matter up with Assotech authorities and I do reserve my right to seek compensation and corrective action both (change of all the locks) at the earliest.

Please note its just been two months of stay in my current residence .I could have lived with this situation had I been staying here for 20 yrs or so.

Is it really worth it???Do we deserve it??

Kind Regards

Ishita Khar
