[AssotechNest] Re: MOM 3rd May : Disagreement

Dear Residents

There was no 7th tower in the brochures and no talks of commercial tower in the brochures when we booked the flat. When I booked the flat, we looked for peaceful residential place and not a hectic commercial tower within the complex, which could pose a security hazard to the residents.

We all looked for commercial space in the nearby shopping complex and not within The Next. We all opted for The Nest, rather than other complexes of other builders, which had commercial space for the simple reason that we wanted privacy and security of the residents upper most in our mind.

The brochures, which was given to us, showed the area as green space. How can the builder, in a breach of trust usurp this space and build commercial tower and rob the freedom of movement of our children.

If the builder for commercial reasons, builds this tower, how residents, who are bring cheated be party to the crime? Such a move should be opposed tooth and nail, by one and all. The fight is not for our right, but also the right of our children. Just remember the green area we had when we were children to play around, do we not owe the responsibility of providing our children atleast part of that space. Do we want our children play only X-boxes etc and not in the playground............raise your voice today for a better tomorrow.

Dear Gurmukh Jee and All Assotech Residents,

Following are few disagreements with MOM shared in this mail as attachment,  as I was present in meeting on 3rd may and I do not remember such consent given to builder at least from my end. Rest of meeting attendee can share their own point of view.

Point no. 9 and 10 from attached meeting.

7th Tower.

In MOM : Assotech submitted that the 7th Tower was part of the plan from the beginning and the same is reflected in the brochures from the time of initial booking and that they have never published any brochures without 7th tower.

My Disagreement: I have initial booking layout plan of 6 towers which I am again attaching with this mail downloaded from Assotech website in 2007-2008. Even I have brochures with me in which no layout plan is printed and Assotech told to download layout plan from website. I am totally against with additional Tower which is compromised with children play area and park of society. It is also breach of trust/ cheating  with flat buyer like me who book flat after looking this layout plan.

In MOM : Asked the members/residents to provide hard copy of the brochures that contains lay out plan, unit plan, specifications etc., if any, that doesn't show 7th tower.

My Disagreement:  No hard copy of brochures given to me which contains any layout it has only Unit plan. I am asking any resident please provide any brochures which were given in 2007-2008 while booking with 7th Tower.

In MOM : Agreed to arrive at the consensus to not object to the construction of the 7th Tower by Assotech, if the issues relating to convenient / utility shops are addressed in terms of the understanding below at point 10.

My Disagreement:  At least I have not given consensus.

Commercial / utility shops:

My Disagreement:  At least I have not given any consensus, to build commercial in society.

I know some more members were in meeting please let us known if you have different point of view on this MOM and more disagreements. My point of view to call GBM on 25th May at 5.00 PM put all points in Black and white to all assotech residents. Requesting all resident come forward to call election which will represent and fight towards welfare of Assotech the Nest society.

By this MOM my feeling we are supporting Builder for doing things wrong. Please also forward mail to resident which or missed out or not received this info.

I am also attaching original MOM share by Gurmukh Jee, for all residents who did not received MOM.

Warm Regard's
