Dear All,

 

Keeping 3 months maintenance charges as a security deposity is unjustified.

Because the builder is already having another security deposit with them that is in the head of IFMS (Intersest free maintenance security) which is another amount of nearly  ₹50000/-

Hi All,

As we all know that Assotech demanded 12 month maintenance as advance from flat owners of "The Nest", which we all has deposited. 

I recently came to know that maintenance office is keeping 3 out of 12 month maintenance as a security. 

Kindly confirm if anybody is aware of this development as I was not aware of the same.
