We all need to look what is behind of these clash, Why ppl are gone to this extend. Few ppl taken lead to do welfare for society but they failed to do when ppl ask to leave chair and give chance to other competent person they are not ready. If you try to put presser, they start fighting, abusing and threatening.
Now what a resident should do, sit at home to avoid clash with these ppl or fight for his/her right ?
Coming to MoM, I am still confuse I received this MoM from NRWA or builder. If I see id, its NRWA president but content seems builder supporting. So it may be joint effort. Most of member present in meeting with Assotech MD do not agree with MoM even Mr. Vivek who took part for MoM draft do not agree with content then who drafted this MoM?
I am not sure in which direction this self-proclaimed RWA is going but definitely not in right direction. I respect NRWA member as individual person but not RWA.
Now we need good team who can work as per residents expectation and work for resident welfare not for post.
