Dear Residents
This is to update you that as per action plan NRWA fixed
meeting with Sanjiv Srivastava -MD Assotech on Saturday i.e. 03.05.3014 at
3.p.m. Although information was circulated that all residents must join for the
meeting but only few residents i.e 14 proactive residents join for the meeting.
We had a detailed discussion on all pending points such as
quality construction, exterior -interior paints, maintenance & electricity
charges, completion of club, parking allotment, deficiencies inside the flats,
Lifts operations and possibilities of third lift in tower A, B & C, status
of additional tower & commercial in plan, central park etc etc.
On all the pending points a usual practice for last 2
years a dead line date with completion is given which shall be shared with
detailed MOM very soon. Regarding Additional Tower & Commercial, Assotech
will revert us by analyzing the brochure published in 2007-2008 wherein only 6
towers with no Commercial was in plan.
Good news for the residents is that date
for allotment of parking is finalized i.e. 18.05.2014by due process of
draw. Please keep yourself
free for 18.05.2014 i.e Sunday
