Hi Friends,
Anyone got possession for his/her flat in Tower-C Gardenia Square ? They did issue offer of possession in March end and after that have not heard anything further.
Please confirm if anyone has accepted possession and done the final payment ... Please also suggest how penalty calculation was done, because possession is delayed for more than 1.5 years ..
Has they also given some time-line for registry ?
Any suggestion on this concern is very much appreciated !!
